“Today’s Webtoon” Introduces The Passionate Editors And Authors Of The Webtoon Industry

 SBS’s upcoming drama “Today’s Webtoon” shared new stills previewing the cast!

“Today’s Webtoon” is a Korean remake of the popular 2016 Japanese drama “Sleepeeer Hit!” The drama will tell the story of On Ma Eum (Kim Sejeong), a former judo athlete who joins Neon Webtoon’s editorial department as a new employee and struggles to mature into a true editor amidst South Korea’s competitive webtoon industry.

The stills give a sneak preview of the editors at Neon Webtoon’s editing department. They are the ones who consider the industry trends, communicate with the webtoon authors they are in charge of, and struggle so that the webtoon chapters can be uploaded on time.

With Jang Man Chul (Park Ho San), who sincerely loves manhwa (Korean comics), and Seok Ji Hyung (Choi Daniel) at the head, the editing department also consists of the result-oriented editor Kwon Young Bae (Yang Hyun Min), editing department ace Ki Yoo Mi (Kang Rae Yeon), and Choi Do Hee (Ahn Tae Hwan) who respects the nobility of creation.

On Ma Eum (Kim Sejeong) and Goo Joon Young (Nam Yoon Su) will enter the department as new employees.
